We are excited to announce that the EU4LEA project organised a comprehensive training course on “Prevention and Countering Violent Extremism Leading to Terrorism,” which took place from June 18th to 21st, 2024 with the fruitfull coordination of the CVE Center in Albania. This training was specifically designed for the patrols of the Albanian State Police, aiming to equip them with the latest strategies and techniques to effectively combat and prevent violent extremism. Led by esteemed experts such as Mr. Di Peso from the Ministry of the Interior of the Italian Republic, this training covers vital topics including countering radicalization in the European Union and the Italian experience.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Albanian State Police, the CVE Center and the Security Academy for their invaluable support in organizing this training. Their commitment and collaboration are instrumental in the success of this initiative, enhancing the professional capacities of police force to ensure a safer community.
