EU4LEA project, recruited two international Short-Term Experts (STEs), to conduct an assessment and analysis on the current situation related to human and logistics resources management of the Albanian State Police (ASP) and the Security Academy (SA).
In order to successfully finalize these activities, the experts met with the relevant structures of ASP, such as the Department of Supporting Services, Directorate of Human Resources, the Security Academy, and its relevant structures.
This mission covered up-to-date development in the Security Academy (SA), related to system of recruitment, initial and continuous training process as well as on development and coordination of training curricula, in order to identify and provide the EU MS best practices in terms of training methodologies, programs, curricula so as to bring Albanian practice closer to EU standards.
