‘’Improved ASP capacity on planning, organisation & management of human, financial & technical resources.’’
The main goal of this component is to assist beneficiaries improve organisational and administrative capacities to plan and manage human, financial and technical resources more effectively and efficiently. The action will support by mentoring and advising on efficient human resources selection and management, drafting relevant recruitment policies, training HR unit for the recruitment process, updating/reviewing and monitoring the implementation of the Integrity Plan, strengthening the role and competences of the psychological service, providing trainings on budget planning and performing an assessment and gap analysis on assets management.
