{"id":1369,"date":"2023-01-27T12:15:00","date_gmt":"2023-01-27T11:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eu4lea.eu\/?p=1369"},"modified":"2023-02-16T12:38:27","modified_gmt":"2023-02-16T11:38:27","slug":"vizite-studimore-ne-austri","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eu4lea.eu\/sq\/vizite-studimore-ne-austri\/","title":{"rendered":"Vizit\u00eb studimore n\u00eb Austri mbi praktikat\/procedurat e kthimit\/ripranimit t\u00eb shtetasve t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb treta n\u00eb vendin e tyre t\u00eb origjin\u00ebs."},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n<p>Projekti EU4LEA, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me Platform\u00ebn e P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt Koordinuese (JCP) Vjen\u00eb dhe Ministrin\u00eb e Brendshme Austriake organizoi nj\u00eb vizit\u00eb studimore n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb, Austri p\u00ebr tre punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb Departamentit t\u00eb Kufirit dhe Migracionit dhe nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb Drejtoris\u00eb s\u00eb Azilit, Shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb Huajve n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Brendshme, m\u00eb 25 -27 Janar 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00ebllimi i vizit\u00ebs ishte njohja e delegacionit shqiptar me modelin austriak t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb kthimit dhe ripranimit t\u00eb shtetasve t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb treta (emigrant\u00eb t\u00eb parregullt) n\u00eb vendin e tyre t\u00eb origjin\u00ebs, shk\u00ebmbimi i p\u00ebrvojave p\u00ebr organizimin e operacioneve t\u00eb para kthimit, bashk\u00ebpunimi me vendet e treta, ambasadat dhe konsullatat, si dhe procedurat dhe aspektet teknike t\u00eb operacioneve, duke identifikuar fushat e bashk\u00ebpunimit dhe mb\u00ebshtetjes p\u00ebr autoritetet shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Delegacioni u njoh me sistemin austriak t\u00eb azilit, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr azil, masat kufizuese gjat\u00eb procedur\u00ebs s\u00eb azilit, lidhjen e vendimit p\u00ebr azil dhe kthim, dhe informacionin p\u00ebr vendin e origjin\u00ebs. Gjithashtu, u b\u00ebn\u00eb vizita n\u00eb terren n\u00eb Aeroportin e Vjen\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb departamente dhe qendra t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb k\u00ebto procese.<\/p>\n<p>Projekti EU4LEA do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb strukturat shqiptare t\u00eb migracionit dhe azilit p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar baz\u00ebn e nevojshme p\u00ebr
