Diskutimet u p\u00ebrqendruan mbi \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb lidhen me procedurat, infrastruktur\u00ebn, pajisjet, burimet njer\u00ebzore, ngarkes\u00ebn n\u00eb pun\u00eb dhe mbi &nbsp;nevojat p\u00ebr trajnimin.
